What payment options do you offer ?

We offer Credit or Debit card options which are securely processed by Direct Payment Solutions on behalf of Simply Suave. We accept Visa,Visa Debit,Master Card, American Express and JCB cards. Alternatively for your convenience our processor also offers anoption to pay into our bank account directly from yours. Please use the Account 2 Account option instead of the default Credit Card option at checkout and you are able to login to your net banking and credit your payment which will be instant.

How will my purchase be shown on my credit card statement ?

Your purchase at Simply Suave will appear under “Simply Suave” in your credit card statement.

How do I know which size ring to order ?

All our rings are listed in standard New Zealand sizes. If you do not know your size in alphabets, or are an international customer, there is a conversion chart on the product page that will help you convert to the right size.If you are not certain of your size or have not been measured up at a jewellers, please choose size Z3 and leave us a note at checkout stating  “Send me a Sizer” and we will send you a physical sizer before shipping the actual size and once you email us the size we will ship out(or commission) your ring.( Only available within New Zealand and Australia)

Can I get engraving on my ring?

Yes, you can customise your ring with an engraving. This is an addon which can be added on the cart page before you checkout. Please note that engraving adds an additional week to the standard processing time.

Do your products come with any guarantee ?

Yes, all our products are backed by an industry leading 5 Year Guarantee. This guarantee covers materials and manufacturing fault. Normal wear is not covered by this guarantee. Simply Suave reserves the sole right to judge whether or not the jewellery has been subject to abuse, abnormal wear, alteration, substitution, or any other type of use causing deterioration. If the jewellery shows any of these the guarantee is entirely void. Please note that a few of the coloured rings use a process called Ionic plating to be finished in colours like gold and black. Ionic plating whilst being the most durable plating on the market is not permanent and may require replating in the future. This plating is not covered by the guarantee.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we ship worldwide by Fedex. The countries we ship to are listed in our shopping cart. If your country is not listed at checkout, please enquire and we will try our best to arrange shipping/pricing.

How long does shipping take ?

We aim to ship most in stock items the following working day. Please note that engraving adds another week to the standard delivery time. Delivery time New Zealand wide is usually overnight/the next working day by Courier Post to suburban addresses and 3 working days for rural addresses. If the size you have chosen is currently sold out or if you have ordered a size/ style that we do not normally stock, or a made to order gold, platinum or zirconium ring, delivery time would be approximately 3 weeks from order.  Please note that our busiest period is between November to February with Christmas and summer weddings, so if you are requesting a custom make/ ring during this period we request you to allow additional delivery times of up to 5 weeks.

Do you offer custom make ? I would like to buy a style that you do not carry.

Yes we offer custom made rings in titanium, gold ,black zirconium platinum and palladium. If there is a style that we do not carry or if there is a design that you have come up with, we may be able to offer this to you you a custom made piece of jewellery. Please submit a quote request on our custom make page to obtain a quote. Please note the manufacturing time for different metals vary, so please check with us first.

What is your returns and refund policy ?

Please note that we do not provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the item is faulty we will provide a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Tungsten rings, due to their extreme strength can not be resized however you can exchange any tungsten ring for a different size within 30 days of delivery( excludes custom makes and engraved rings) All other metals such as gold, platinum, palladium and platinum may be resized, setting and style permitting. There would be a small charge depending on the metal and sizing. Some styles would need to be remade as the styling or pattern may not be able to be preserved when resizing. We do however offer a free ring sizer so you do get sized right the first time.

How much does shipping cost ?

Shipping New Zealand wide is free regardless of quantity or weight. All purchases are shipped using CourierPost track-and-trace courier packs so they are in safe hands. We also ship internationally by Fedex for an additional cost displayed on check out.

Can I view the item(s) before purchase ?

We do appreciate that jewellery can be a very personal purchase and you may prefer to view/ touch it before you purchase, however we operate as an online only retail store and hence viewing is not an option at this stage. However not investing in a store front means that we have reduced
overheads and manufacturing costs from which benefit you directly with much better prices than you would expect to pay at a retail jewellery store.
